These components include cold head container, venting etc. for MRI system. These products require high precision machining, vacuum brazing, leak test
2. Cold plate
These cold plates are copper cold plate. Co***red with other cold plate, these cold plates have complex water channel, and was sealed by vacuum brazing. It can pass hydraulic test and corrosion test under customer specification.
3. Ceramic seal
We supply non-standard ceramic seal for customer based on their design requirements. These ceramic seal includes copper, stainless steel, kovar, and alumina combination.
4. Vacuum Brazing
Including similar metal joining and dissimilar joining . We have a lot experience for vacuum brazing of stainless steel, copper, refractory metal and ceramics.
